I have to wait in the bay for 30 minutes for someone to finally ask me if I had been helped. Two people behind me had been helped and gone into the waiting area. Another customer had just started to get help.
Not a good start. The service rep that helped out apologized.
What made it really bad experience m, I rolled down my window and had made eye contact with at least 3 reps. Several other people walked either in front of my vehicle or next to my car without saying a word.
