I think that Grapevine Ford it horrible in forcing the customers to purchase Kahu because Grapevice Ford had Kahu installed in them as a way to track the vehicle during this pandemic. As a customer that expense that the business takes as their safety precautions to ensure their car won’t be stolen, but to transfer cost and not giving customer option not to pay for is a unfriendly business practice. The fact Grapevine Ford told me that as a buyer i had no choice, but to pay and accept Kahu is poor business protocol and practice. Though Carver Rademacher was professional in answering my questions and inquiries; I am considering to contact the TX Attorney General to inquire about this business practice of forcing me to have to pay (e.g. $499 ) and accept Kahu after I did not want and after asked if I have to have it. Kyle Crowley and Carver both told me, it was a cost that can’t be remove from the sale of a car. Then I will file a complaint with BBB about being forced to purchase Kahu when I did not it. Thank you.

Jody kept my commercial vehicle for 8days and followed up several times to let me know they will get to my vehicles soon. on the 8th day she calls to tell me they don't carry equipment to lift a 13 thousand pound vehicle so they couldn't provide services. This was a bad joke at my expense. how do you take a commercial vehicle to provide services not knowing how that you can't because you don't have the tools/equipment to provide services. very disappointed.
