This was my first time visiting the service location and I was very impressed and extremely happy with the outcome. I had a really bad experience at a different Ford dealership so I decided to take my truck to Grapevine this is the location that I bought it from back in February 2019. Mark Filler and his team did a great job with my vehicle. I know I will definitely come back to Grapevine Ford for my next service.

I made an appointment just to get my oil changed and I appreciate that you also washed my truck however I was there for over two hours. That is a very long time just to get an oil change. Additionally, every time I take my vehicle to your shop for service there is grease on the driver door sill.

Noticed from price sheet given by Alfredo that these tires have 50K tread warranty.
