We had a unique issue with our vehicle and when I was directed to Mark, he intently listened to our concern and totally gave us the feeling that he embraced our concern with our vehicle. From Feb 11 to Feb 24 left multiple vm and messages assistant answering the phones to schedule appt. Never received a call back from Matt. I went to service dept in person and vehicle was taken for we owe. 2 days later left messages and called checking if truck was completed, no response. I could see stays changes and gps movement of truck ford pass. I went to department and found truck completed. Still to this day have I yet to converse or speak with Matt. 45 minutes after I pick up my truck I receive a call it was ready. This is atleast 4 hours after I observed my truck was moved from back to front lot. Which is why I assumed it was ready. Received 2 messages via text while was in service, stating text with questions. I did and received no response.
