You finace guy bait and switched me so he could get his commission for selling a warranty I clearly told him that I was pre-approved with Capital One and we agreed to Capital One and he printed it out and use BBVA bank which is a higher interest rate and my dumbass wasn't paying attention and signed all that s*** but I'll never come back there again

Chris did a great job giving me a realistic timeframe for the diagnosis of my electrical problem and a breakdown of what to expect having arrived at the dealership in the late afternoon. I was relieved that he and the service team were able to get my vehicle’s battery and terminal replaced. I was fully expecting to pick up my car the next day. Chris took the time to develop a rapport and even answered my questions about the new mustang I’m interested in even after the service department had closed!! Great Customer Service!!!
