Oscar was excellent he provided me a status update of my vehicle I became somewhat frustrated about the repairs but he provided me some feasible options to addressed some of the repairs he was professional and understanding throughout our conversation. Oscar is example of the great service I received at Hendrick’s. I would give him and the entire service department a 10.
