Had 10 am appointment for my first oil change on my XT5 . Never got a callback when car was done,I called 5hrs later to find out it was done! ! Plus I wanted to find out if I could shut off the auto shut off, he didn’t do! Wanted to know if I have hands free tailgate that works on this car, don’t know? My answer was I was short handed that day ! Waited also a half hour to pay my bill, could not find anyone to help me . Did appreciate car was cleaned and Vacuumed. Thank you
