Along with the oil change & tire rotation, I had asked for a couple things to be checked (tail gate hands free control & no sound from the radio (2 times in 5 months)). I was told they were checked and shown how to open the tail gate. There was no documentation to show my request, no record that I was never shown how to use the hands free tail gate or a possible problem with the radio.

As always an excellent job. I also appreciated the through cleaning of my car! I fell Feb. 4th and broke my hip. I was hoping to clean the inside of my car before I brought it to you for servicing. I simply did not have the energy to do it. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised to see an ultra clean car when it was returned to me. I keep a clean car, but I was not the driver from Feb. 4 - March 18 and I was just grateful to be driven by my daughters anywhere. THANK YOU !
