I was very dissatisfied with the service provided. They did something that caused a bad oil leak and I had to come back and have them look to see what was leaking. I have several pictures I would be happy to send to show how bad the leak was. I am not sure exactly what the problem was because I was not told a lot of information. Nobody said that they were sorry or offered any type of compensation for the situation. To make things worse, they did not even clean under neath the car. Because the leak was so bad, the under carriage on the driver side from front to back was full of oil. I had to wash the under carriage and take it to the car wash. When I picked the car up the second time, they did not even pull it inside. I assume because they did not want any oil going on the floor of the checking/checkout point. I know the day I was there was busy. This comment has nothing to do with Michael Crystal or Bonnie. This happens every single time I come to you for service. You take great pains to put down paper and then, drag your greasy friggin feet over the saddles onto the speaker AND onto my custom Cadillac mats. I erupted in anger and was yelling at Bonnie which again was my mistake. But this is annoying beyond words. I am OCD and I am sick of scrubbing your mechanics greasy boot marks off of my car. If you see those marks-before releasing the car....YOU clean it. Thanks for taking a pleasant experience and making it annoying beyond words. Bonnie did try to take the car from me and run it into detail but I was in a rush and in any event THAT 1) was not the point and 2) should not be necessary. Make it a point to check every car and if it’s dirty...Take the two minutes to give those area a quick scrub before releasing it. Why should I , the customer, do it? Beyond irritated.

We dropped our car off for an issue w/ the horn, trunk, and noise from steering wheel. Somewhat understanbly the horn issue and noise from steering wheel couldn’t be recreated; however the trunk issue was easily recreated. When I picked the car up, and was told no issue was found. I then showed the gentleman what I was talking about, which was exactly what my wife had discussed with Mike. We basically didn’t have our car for the entire day, and had 0 issues resolved. Again 2 issues are intermittent and I can see how that may not get resolved right away, but the trunk issue with the rear seats not even being addressed was just bad. Mike was super nice, but being that you all were 0 for 3 and I could easily show the trunk issue makes this a very dissapointing experience.
