Anthony Hassan is a asset to gold Coast Cadillac if he wasn’t there I would not have service there. He is the best adviser I ever dealt with. He and Juan from the loaner car Department’. Are the only reason I do business there. They deserve a raise. People like these guy can not be replaced. And I’ve been to service to many times. But they always are a pleasure to work with. Joe wall is the other reason I do business with Gold Coast.

The car was there for a week (too long)for a small dent and three scratches. The dent and one of the scratches were repaired but the two big scratches were not. The paperwork states that they repaired them all but they didn’t. I had to buy touch up paint (which is on order) and I have to paint it myself. I was disappointed that they didn’t do what the paperwork says they did.

Hi, I apologize for this and should it cause any inconvenience. I'm just at a loss at what to do next and how to proceed.
The last time I was at the dealership, I was told that I had to have my radio changed and when they were to change the radio, they said they will check the extra noise of the engine.
October 16, 11:16 in the morning, Crystal from the service department called and scheduled an apomentment for today, October 23rd, because earlier, there was no loan car available for me. Prior to coming today, I called back the first time and talked to Juan and asked if there was a loan car available and he said there was. Then I called again to the service department and spoke to a woman and I mentioned that I was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be able to come until 5 in the evening, on the 23rd of October and she said it wouldn't be a problem.
I arrived there and was in the middle of registering my car for service when the service department manager saw me and asked me what I was doing there. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn't in the system for today and that I had no business of being there at the time that I was and that there was no loan car available for me, even though Juan told me that there was. He actually mentioned there was 3 available loan cars for me to pick from. The service department manager then told me that I had to leave there and that I was to schedule an appointment for another time, once again. Paul, the mechanic, then came by and mentioned that he was aware that I had an appointment that day, invalidating the service department managers statement and I relayed the same info to him, that I was asked to leave and schedule another appointment. This is the second time that the service department manager has cancelled an appointment for me.
All of this started from the time when I came because I had a problem with my rims. They were cracked, previously glued by the previous owner, and were constantly deflating so I had to frequently inflate them. I asked, because I bought the car in this condition, if I can change the rims and if the warranty covered it. The service department manager got angry at me and yelled at me saying I should go to Bob to change my rims because he's the one that sold me the car. After that, he has been treating me in the same manner, unapproachable and instantly angry at me. And the event that transpired today has been a further testament to his manners towards me.
I'm worried because the engine is louder now and I fear something might happen. I need the car to get to and from work, and i can't keep coming in constantly to appointment when I make them only to be told I shouldn't be there that day and to come back again. I simply don't have the time for that and it isn't fair that this is happening, in the slightest.
What should I do now, regarding the service department manager, when I can't seem to get anything done to my car because of him?
