I felt the time I had to wait was just too long. I came at 9 for an oil change, tire rotation but then they said i should replace brake fluid. I said sure . I was there till 1 in the afternoon. I felt that was way too long. Lily was,wonderful tho and I guess they did what they said.

Friendly, fast service in the service department. Carlos addressed my concerns. I will say the ladies in the cashier department need to learn customer service. I understand with the pandemic going on and wearing mask make it hard to understand one another, but the young lady had a bad attitude when I would ask a question and was so demanding for me to sign the receipt. She didnt need to yell at me. I wish I would have caught her name. Awful attitude and representation of Toyota.
