I made an appointment, showed up early as directed in the confirmation email. I waited 3.5 hours for my car to be ready. I felt it was excessive considering how calm it looked compared to other Saturdays when I’ve been there.

While the price at the end of my visit matched my expectations, I felt like I would have been overcharged if I had not asked for the same prices I was offered for the same service I was given last time. You lose the trust of your customers by changing price quotes on them for the same service item multiple times.

Ruben and his team were very rude. The liquids in my vehicle were not topped off, and when I requested that they fill them, I was told in a demeaning manor how it is not required. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to the Valencia branch. I look forward to finding another location where the service will hopefully be better.
