Alex and his service team were courteous and quick. He let me know there was a nail in my tire and that was the reason for my low tire pressure light coming on and installed a new tire. Then he let me know about the engine air cleaner that was way beyond the due date to be changed. They also determined that a bracket on my passenger side fender needs to be replaced but that isn't something they can do there, a body shop will have to fix that issue. SO all of that to say that Alex and his team went well above and beyond my expectations in efficiently and expertly addressing every concern I had when I arrived at the dealership that morning. Kudos all around to Alex and his service team who put my safety first on every issue. And I walked out having spent only $50 for everything I received. Truly amazing! Greg J

Nobody knew what was going on. I talked to 2 different people confirming my appointment and when I showed up the woman helping me still had no idea what was going on and made it seem like my appointment might not work out to what I wanted. She left to go speak to someone and came back and it was magically worked out. So some communication between the departments would be nice so I don’t have to repeat myself 3 different times. While waiting in the lounge area, a teenage girl sat across from me. She had a mask because of COVID but she had it on her chin! Her mouth and nose completely exposed not caring if she was spreading something to someone. I saw multiple employees walk in and out of that area and clearly saw her sitting there without her mask on and said absolutely nothing. I was extremely uncomfortable and had to move to sit somewhere else. I thought this was a complete disregard of everyone in the building, how do people still not understand that wearing a mask in public is the only way to make this virus disappear. I believe it is up to the employees and to enforce and ensure the safety of everyone. When my car was ready, I asked the guy who brought it if there was anything I needed to know about the alarm system, because when I bought the car they said that I’m able to lock/unlock my car from my phone, and all these other fancy features of it. He had no idea about it and grabbed the woman who helped me in the beginning. I asked her the same question and, no surprise, she had no idea about anything that dealt with the alarm system. I understand that this alarm system is through a third party company, but if Toyota is going to promote them and have them be used in our vehicles, the employees HAVE to know what is does. It’s absurd that employees don’t even know the product that is being promoted. I was very excited to get a Toyota because the service is usually amazing but I have never been so disappointed.
