I trust the service advisors at Frontier. I purchased my 4runner there 6 years ago and have always had it serviced there. I have never had anything but great service with any of the staff from sales to parts to service and Mr. Lopez is no exception. I actually don't live nearby but it's worth the drive for my peace of mind. Thank you Frontier Toyota for 6 great years so far.

I will likely not be returning to your dealership in the future. I was not happy with one aspect of my service. Alex was polite and had a good experience during my check in.
Frontier did an oil change and tire rotation. Happy with that part. Not happy with the following. I asked Alex to have him check my truck since my windshield washer fluid was not working. I noticed it was shooting the fluid just under the cowl on my good. He called me back to tell me it would cost me around $110 to check it and repair it. I don’t consider this an item that should be defective at 39,000 miles. I can understand brakes, tires, etc... but not this. Alex said Toyota wouldn’t warranty that because I was at 39,000 miles. He said if around 36,000 they could warranty it.
I feel this should have been covered under warranty. Not the case and I’m not happy. I’ve owned a Camry, a Venza that I bought at Frontier, a Sequoia that I bought at Frontier and now my Tundra. I’ve always told everyone to buy a Toyota because the cars are so dependable and Frontier is always fair. Don’t feel like that anymore. It’s the principle of this that makes me angry.
