I can’t say enough about the service I received. I have an older truck and the problem I had was diagnosed and the problem fixed. Work was done and completed on time as scheduled. I also want to give high marks to the service e technician, Jack. He was outstanding and I when I return to service I will work with him.

Carlos was professional and great. However technician who said my AAA battery wound not power off was way off and maybe trying to Sam an elderly lady. I had the battery checked twice elsewhere and both times it registered GREEN with much life left. Got the feeling Toyota just wanted to replace the battery!!!!

Taking your car to a repair shop is intimidating enough let alone to a dealership.
My appointment was with Mr. Carlos Lopez. Carlos made me feel at ease with his knowledge of the product and his professionalism as well as his bubbly personality.
I also met his team leader Roberto Sylvestry (spelling) and he as well is an expert technician. I told him the symptom of my car and pre diagnosed it even before test driving my car and turns out he was correct.
