Only one comment. You took out all my personal belongings from storage by the side brakes and tingle them up with my passenger side’s blanket I cover the seat. I didn’t know you needed to empty out the box. I even asked Carlos to not touch the passenger side area. And I found the mess. It’s not big deal but I wish you tell me ahead how much you people had to touch my personal things ahead. Especially during this virus crisis time. I didn’t feel very comfortable. Other things went very fine.

So, I asked the cashier about what the process is. My appointment was for a 1st AM. I dropped my car off at approximately 4PM the evening before.
