I requested to have my wiper blade inserts replaced. When I picked up my car, I noticed it was not completed and the mechanic wrote it down as a "recommendation". Joe said give me 10 more minutes and we'll get it done. 20 minutes later he says they can't do it? Why? Now I had to wait in line for the parts guy, wait in line for the cashier, and go home and do it myself? Why? Doesn't make any sense to me, especially when you had the part in stock and I was willing to pay for it. Also, the mechanic states that my water pump is leaking and recommended that it be replaced. I've only driven the car 10,505 miles since the last time you replaced it; Isn't there some sort of warranty?
