This was my first time having Arshak help me with my 2013 Toyota Avalon. From the moment I stepped into my office until he walked me to the cashier, it was truly the BEST experience I have ever had at Frontier Toyota in years. I hear that this type of excellent customer service is provided at high end dealerships such as Mercedes or Jaguar, I had never thought it was possible to receive this type of customer service at Frontier Toyota. I’ve been let down by too many service advisors at Frontier Toyota that I had no expectation until I met Arshak. I almost hesitate to honestly leave my review of him here in fear that he’ll be promoted to management and I’ll have to go back to unsatisfactory customer service at Frontier Toyota. What sets him apart from others is that he truly cares. He shows he enjoys his job of taking care of his customers. He explains everything with patience. He stays ahead of me that I don’t even have to contact him or check in on my car. Arshak is a great asset to Frontier Toyota. I cannot think of anyone else to help me with my service needs.
