Maintenance and replacing 4 spark plugs should have never cost over 400. The idea of replacing other part at time of maintenance is that it will all be cover under the maintenance labor, if not then why do it?
So disappointed at this last experience.

Walked into advisor’s office, wasn’t greeted. Sat down while advisor was making phone calls. While she was on the phone with someone else asked for my signature then said they would call me when my vehicle was ready. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered to deal with me.
