The person who receive my car was not friendly and short of worlds. This was my first time at the dealer and I expect better welcome, for and oil change 1 hour and 45 minutes wait is a long, I have appointment and wait 45 min to 1hour should be a fair time. The cashiers was the only person that always have a great actitud.

I was in for a recall notice for my 2019 Highlander- I did not appreciate being called saying my car is taking longer than expected due to how many things I had in my car & that they had to clean out my vehicle to access the fuel pump. Since this is a huge recall why don’t you advise your customers these 2 facts: 1. The service will take 4-6hrs (which I was told) & 2. You need to have your vehicle cleared out so that we can access the area needed to replace your fuel pump. My car was filled with equipment for my work and I did not appreciate how it was just tossed back into my car. My car was packed a certain way for a reason.
