Dean was great however having to pay $88- for a test on a vehicle that is certified and still has 16000 miles left on the original warranty made me pretty mad. Will look for another dealer to go to.

The thermostat is not performing well give it a test drive please so you can see that the upper hose gets so hot and the button remains cold specially on the freeway; Meaning that the thermostat is not working properly.

Don't bother calling. I won't be back. Your service manager didn't even return my email. And Lily needs to be sent back to customer service school. The only nice person I encountered when I was there was the cashier. I sat there for two hours with absolutely no communication about when my car would be done and when I went to go ask, I got attitude and I apparently could only speak to Lily's back. She didn't even have the courtesy to turn around and speak to me. Worst experience ever.
