Husband took my car on for recall and service. Asked my husband to please let the service consultant to call me if there was anything Highly needed on my car. Once the consultant called me, I asked how the car was and if it needed anything? Jack said it was perfect! When I got the paperwork from my husband, the red box was checked marked for an alignment. Why did Jack tell me the car was perfect if it needed an alignment?! I’m pregnant and do not want to be driving knowing my car NEEDS this alignment and it could of been taken care of with a phone call.

I have already contacted Toyota experience. The service manager supposed
To call me back yesterday he didn’t. Your service department **** . We are told to shop local. This is why locals go somewhere else when local are being treated better outside .
I will help my experience so the locals can all see how inefficient Frontier service
Department is. I know you don’t care . I will not stop complaining until you change your attitude towards the locals. Unfortunately the good ones don’t last with you.

I was not satisfied because I came in for just a front light and oil change and I left with $860 charge . I am nit truly convinced that I had to spend so much money. That will take me at least a year to pay off on my credit card. I feel that you charge Too much. I was really upset. Then I walk out to get my car and the guy getting the car just ignores me and serves 4 other customers that showed up after me. I couldn’t believe it. He did apologize but I was too upset at my bill and the long wait. Anyways I won’t be returning until I can pay off my bill. All I wanted was to do what was most important for my car. It’s a Toyota for God’s sake. I had the impression they were good cars and I wouldn’t need to spend so much money.
