The time frame for my vehicle to be serviced longer than excepted. I under the crew has breaks but if offering services every 30min there should be rotating shifts to have the vehicle ready for the customers. Also I did not appreciate that my vehicle was ready and my coordinator left for lunch before calling me to let me know it was ready.
