I just wanted to say how we appreciated the level of professionalism and empathy by the service advisor Lily. I was driving myself and my aunt to see my mom who was in the hospital in Northern Cal with stage 4 cancer. My Prius had broken down on the grapevine and we had been towed to Frontier. Lily helped to navigate our repair process and when she checked in with the completion of the repair, and she asked me how mom was doing. We are going through a tough road ahead but it was nice to have a little empathy from unexpected places. Thank you to Lily and the mechanic who worked on my car.

Time estimate for repair exceeded estimate given for a 9:30am appointment- which I showed up 15 minutes early for. And for a 1.3hour simple routine fuel pump recall that Toyota technicians are literally performing thousands of??? "O-ring was missing from the repair kit", really?
"We were shorthanded today", really?
I drove 100miles specifically to have this service performed by Frontier, who had treated me like a valued customer in the past. My mistake, really.
