My dissatisfaction was with it taking 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I do not understand the reasoning that they were backed up, when I brought it in at 8:00am. I said I planned to wait for it, so I should have been alerted at check in. I would have requested a ride home and come back when it was ready. This is what I will say if contacted, so there is really no need to follow up.

My brakes that were supposed to be fixed, weren’t. Before I took it in for service, the brakes were squealing. After I got it serviced, shortly afterwards, they were squealing again and even louder than before. I was there for my 8 AM appt this morning, Friday, 6/11/21 a customer was still with Joe **** which was fine, I only waited for a few minutes. What was more disappointing was I ended up waiting for a longer time that I have been told and only to find out that the brakes weren’t fixed and I paid $320 for it! I have stuff to do tomorrow that’s why I took the car in today but now, I gotta delay my errands because I have to go back to the dealership and get it fixed when it should’ve been fixed already. I’m very dissatisfied!
