I dropped off my vehicle the night before. I have to be honest in saying that Dean was a bit aloof. I arrived to pick up my vehicle close to lunchtime, and he seemed in a rush to get out, even though the text Mel said to report to Dean, he said just go to the cashier. So I did not have much interaction with the service department.By the way, it was my 15,000 mile Toyota care check up.

The oil change was fine but my sales representative was not very helpful. I had gone to the appt with my two kids and had asked about the shuttle to get back to my house. She mentioned there was no shuttle but then I remembered that I was taken back last time I went for an oil change. She didn’t offer any other help. Then I went to the front desk and ask and they mentioned the Uber one way complimentary ride and that is when I remembered that I used it on the previous visit. I had to go back to the sales rep and told her what the front desk said and she said ok. She set me up for the ride knowing there was something available but had never offered it to me initially when I had asked. I thought that was very rude of her and did not find her to be helpful knowing I had two children with me
