Three hours to just do routine inspection an no service is a little much. I asked to see time stamp for when tech finish .vs when I was notified it was done went unanswered. Had I not replied to email/text asking when it would be done I could have been sitting around for another 3 hours. I understand things fall through the cracks but all I was asking for was a response. Some way to treat a loyal 35+ year customer! I’ve been a great customer and bought no less than a dozen cars there for me alone much less getting my family members to shop there instead of hammer. Come to think of it Hammer is close to my office?

As a loyal customer of Toyota for many many years that was the first time that I experience such a bad service.
initially I have been told that the service will take about an hour or an hour and a half top and I even arrived half an hour prior to my original appointment time.
I got there around 2:40 PM and left around 5…
And that was for the first time oil change for the new Tacoma that I just purchased..
And that was on a Tuesday when it supposed to be a more slow day then weekends..
I hope that my next time won’t be so long otherwise I will rethink about using the services from this dealer ????

Technicians left multiple electrical pannels removed when my car was returned. The access panel cover for diagnostics under the steering well was sitting on the driver seat and when I checked under the hood the fuse box cover was unattached and hanging off the edge of the fuse box. Not sure what other issues they left but my car was clearly not put back together upon return by the technicians.
