I was told that it will take 2hrs unfortunately we waited 3 hrs than I decided to asked and before she look at her computer she said it probably be 15 more minutes once she look she said is ready you can go to the cashier. On arrival for service she informed us that it was recommended before that I needed an alignment I said yes she said once the inspection is completed she will call me it never happened I just wanted to get out of there I didn’t even want to asked her because it probably knowing her will take another 3 hrs never had this experience.
