However, the reason I talked to Mr Franco was that the paint 4-year-old truck which I bought your dealership with cash is starting to flake off. Hopefully Mr Franco can get Toyota too correct this issue under their warranty because they are aware that this is happening with trucks of my genre

More than 4 hours for just an oil change is not OK. What a waste of time. If you make an appointment doe an oil change, it should take no longer than 1 hour. When I arrived at 12:15, everyone was at lunch so my vehicle was t even started until after 1?? Than why would they let me schedule an appointment during lunch time?? I have been there several times now and it’s the same thing every time, you do not seem to value your customers time, disappointed in the quality of service.
