My service technician was very rude at the beginning, I’m certain he was pretty frustrated with me and my ignorance to what was going on with my new Toyota Sienna. I still did not get a clear understanding but my technician became very friendly after I smashed my thumb on his door, was an accident and I asked for an ice pack and he said he didn’t have any. I popped a blood vessel and needed an ice pack fast or I was going to have a very swollen thumb and be in very much pain. Thankfully lady named Sue I believe ran and got me an ice pack, by then my thumb was already turned blue/purple. At the end I was not charged with the oil change. I would’ve paid, it was an accident. If only Joe was able to explain to me in order for me to understand the situation I wouldn’t of gotten upset.

The customer service was fantastic. Stephanie M. Jimenez., another woman at the front desk and Frank we're all super friendly, helpful and awesome. My issue is that he design of the key for the scion is awful and the key continues to break where the metal key goes into the plastic key fob. i'm on my 3rd key, I don't have anything else on the key ring and don't use it for anything other than turning on the car. It costs over $300 to replace it, and it's something that has to be done regularly because of the design. I'm not sure anybody can do anything, but it's so frustrating! It's just poor quality. Hoping this one lasts longer because when it just snaps in half out of nowhere and I'm stuck somewhere, it's super frustrating. Thanks for listenning! :)
