My appointment was for 1:30. I arrived at 1:15. Met with Gustavo and he took all of my necessary information. When he was done, I asked him how long did he think he would take since I had an appointment. He told me an hour and a half. After two hours had passed, I went to the girl at the cashier and asked her if she knew how much longer it would be since I had already been there for two hours. She called them and was told they were almost done but could not tell her how much longer. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I saw different Service Managers coming to the people that they were assigned telling them there car was ready. Meanwhile, another hour passed which now made the waiting time 3 hours, double the amount of time that I was originally given. When my car was done I was sent a txt no one came to tell me in person like I’ve seen the other people receive. By this time, I was upset. I felt that Gustavo should of told me straight up that it was going to be a few hours but he was not sure so I wouldn’t be stuck thinking my car would be done in an hour and a half. I did speak to the Service Manager and he listened to me and said he was sorry but to tell you the truth it didn’t feel sincere since he said that it normally takes anywhere from 2- 3 hours. I did tell him that I normally take my car to South Bay Toyota and I have always gotten my car back within an hour and twenty to an hour and a half so to me it didn’t matter what he was saying. I just left there feeling frustrated and didn’t feel like it was good customer service which in all honesty I lived in Santa Clarita and my son took his car there and always said it was excellent service so that’s what I was expecting and just didn’t receive it. Hopefully, maybe things will be different for your other customers.

Well when i brought my 4 cylinder truck to your shop for a simple tune up which i did a week pryor but it just needed to be fine tuned i paid $600 for a tune up and i got it back worse then when i brought it in it was shaking it stalled on me twice the same night and the engine light was now on so i brought it back and they said they fixed it but left the engine light on which was not on when i brought it in they told me they didnt gap the spark plug right and that they fixed it my truck has been running like crap since i took it to your shop so i paid $600 dollars so your guys could make my truck run worse then when i brought it in im very unhappy and i will be calling the auto better business bureau and your your assist.maneger tryed to justify it im not an idiot you guys took me for $600 to make my truck run worse then when i took it to you im going to tell everyone on facebook instagram and anyone else who will listen especially the automotive better business bureau you guys are crooks
