I don’t know what exactly they did.After I got back the car, the remote fob does not work. Car will not start without pressing the start button. I am not happy with this service.

My appointment was at 8:35. All I was getting was lube, oil and filter and I was waiting for the car in the waiting room. it took over 2 1/2 hours! I was not at all pleased.

Joe **** is a great service manager! His many years of taking care of me and my Tundra have extended my trucks life to almost 200,000.00 miles. I will be buying a new Tundra Soon and will get top dollar for my old one due to Joe’s care and Knowledge of my Toyota and of all other Toyota’s is above the norm ! I will recommend that get a raise ! Around 40 % to start Will be great ! George P

Valerie was very sympathetic to my dilemma. I had been to Bakersfield toyota for four hours prior to my Prius malfunctioning for the second time in five hours. , Bakersfield toyota said I needed coolant and sent me back out on my trip home from Northern Ca. I got halfway up the tejon pass and both my check engine and thermostat lights came on again. I was 38 miles from valencia toyota dealership. It was 300 to tow my car and I was afraid to seize my motor. I coasted down the pass and into the dealership. They found the real problem my water pump and they took only a couple hours to replace it. This time I was able to make it home to Huntington Beach without any more long delays at the dealership. It was disappointing to wait four hours in Bakersfield and have the same problem I went in for happen again an hour later. My trip home started at 3:15 am and ended at 6:30 pm (LA traffic added to the problem) and I am so grateful for understanding and caring people like Valerie. If I didn’t I’ve in southern CA I would bring my car back for lol my services. By the way I had my car serviced a week before my trip at Elmore Toyota and they obviously didn’t check my fluids which is part of the 150,000 service I paid for. (294) This is my second Prius and drove my 2nd edition Prius for ten years before replacing it with a 2012 five years ago. This is the first problem I have had and if it had not been for Valencia Toyota I would probably be on the tejon pass upset and stranded. Valerie was a voice of reason, good advice and assistance. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I cannot thank Valerie enough for calming me down, being cooperative and thorough in finding the true source of my mechanical issues and replacing my water pump in less time than it took Bakersfield to add coolant (4 hours) can you imagine it being 103 out, you are stranded on the Tejon pass after being at a dealership you thought fixed the problem and now you are absolutely stuck without anyone to help. It’s a very difficult situation to be in. I was upset, afraid of screwing up my engine worse and disappointed that it wasn’t fixed after four hours waiting for it. This is the short version. I was stranded on the tejon pass after having had my car serviced before my trip at Elmore toyota and spending four hours at Bakersfield toyota for a check engine light issue. They sent me on my way again to have the cars check engine light and the thermostat red icon come on an hour after leaving their dealership. I called valencia toyota in tears, it was miserably hot and Valerie was a confident voice, calming way. With good advice not to cause more damage to my car. She offered her tow business they use. I eventually limped into valencia toyota and the real problem was my water pump. I spent less time at this dealership, the pump was replaced, and I was able to get back on the road with confidence my car was not going to fail again. Valerie is trustworthy, caring, patient, sympathetic and everything you would want from a service department representative. I cannot express how grateful I am for fixing my car correctly and making me feel better about what I had gone through for several hours. The heat, stress, feeling completely isolated and disappointed the car’s issues were not fixed.
