The service advisor Dean had a terrible attitude wasn’t very helpful and just brushed aside the concerns I had for my damaged wheel not mentioning it to the manager at all I live in the San Fernando Valley and there’s about 4 to 5 Toyota dealerships that I could’ve gone to i chose frontier Toyota based on reputation but sadly I don’t think I’ll be going there again after this experience

Couple things could’ve been better:
When making the appointment, the person on the phone confirmed providing Uber instead of the shuttle, apparently Uber isn’t provided when the service is only oil change. Not providing shuttle can be ok, but the misinformation can negatively impact someone’s plan for the morning.
I was interested in tire rotation as well but was told that you can not provide the service since new tires were recommended few months back when I serviced the car and I still have the old tires. I’m not sure how providing tire rotation service is related to how deep the threads are.
