Efficient job

When I first came in, I was told by Lily that yes we should be able to replace your tires that day. After talking to her at around noon, she told me not only will I have to replace my tires but that I needed my shocks done as well. I agreed but needed to have my car done. It wasn’t until later around 3 pm that day that I get a call saying that there’s no more Michelin tires and since it was the holidays, we won’t get them till later. I said ok since I have a spare car but I needed it done 1st thing on Tuesday. She then said yeah no problem come in shortly after 8 am and you’ll be able to have your car shortly after that. I got no notification that my car was ready and so I called Lily back around noon on Tuesday and asked what’s the status of my car. She then said oh it’s just was ready right now… Seriously, from a customer service standpoint, she needs alittle bit of additional coaching. If plans change and you tell a customer one thing, then pick up the phone and communicate that to the customer instead of the customer having to feel like unless they call, no status is communicated. And then when I called to get an Uber, I was probably passed and transferred to 3 people before someone was able to schedule an Uber. I hope this is not an indication of the customer service that we’re going to see in the future. I have been coming to Frontier Toyota for almost 10 years and it seems like the good folks didn’t stick around long.
