Valerie is always fantastic! As I’ve written before, she’s the reason I bring my car to Frontier Toyota for servicing. There are much closer options to where I live, and even lower price options too, but nowhere else has Valerie! She’s a true asset to the company, and always makes it feel like I’m visiting a friend rather than simply taking care of a chore when I bring my car in.

I don’t know why but the services I have experienced from the Frontier Toyota in the past couple of years have been less than pleasant compared to earlier years. This time, I know I was there for just maintenance service. It wasn’t a big work of service. Even so, I didn’t feel like I was treated respectfully. I checked in 8:15 AM last Wednesday and I didn’t hear anything from Alex even until 10:15 AM. I was the one knocked on his door and asked him if my car was ready. He asked my name and checked his computer and told me “it’s just finished.” I wanted to trust his word but the way he reacted wasn’t trustful. Even at the payment counter, I was told that I needed to pay for 90 some dollars and I did not understand it because I was under some kind of warranty care I paid for about two years ago. It just wasn’t a pleasant visit and pleasant service last time.
