The people at Toyota have amazing costumer service!! But I think it’s a money grab to spend 160 just for a check up, then to find out that the cost to fix a coolant valve is 600! Someone people tell me how that makes sense and I made my research to see how much it should actually cost and it’s about 200 to 300 and for a company that I least a car from that would still bump up the price because of the “brand” it’s kinda crazy. Overall dean was an amazing person anyone I ever speak yo there is so nice so Toyota please do better.
