I was told my car could not be fixed today because they needed to order a bolt and they could not get it until tomorrow. After spending time figuring what to do about getting a rental, picking up my car, or leaving it for two days, I call and tell Lilly I will pick it up. I head to the dealership and I get a call as I approach that the work can actually be done on my car and there is a bolt. I turn around and go home and clarify that my car will be ready today sometime. She said yes. Not 15 minutes after arriving home, she calls again and says my car is completely done and ready to be picked up. Not once was I informed of this on the phone when we were talking in the past 30 minutes. Not once all morning was I informed that the work was being done on my car actually and I did not need to go through all the hassle previously mentioned. Horrible communication and terrible service. I also explained to her that I did not understand why my bolt would be stripped if no one has touched it in years and she said something along the lines of it does not really matter because it’s “only 100 dollars” to replace. 100 dollars is a lot of money to most people and there is no reason to be rude. Additionally, she told me I would have to pay for the parts if I wanted to pick up my car but then called back and said I would have to pay everything. When I asked her why would I have to pay everything now when earlier you said I only had to pay for the parts. She told me you can pay everything. You can pay for just the parts and pay later. What do you want to do? Overall a bad experience, something I have not experienced at this dealership previously.
