The service team was running behind and Lily was so kind to keep me up to date and e-mailing me. Let me know when my car was ready and even called to make sure I got the msg.
I was running late to pick up my car and ended up there 30 min after closing and still several team members found my paperwork explained it to me and got my car for me so I didn’t have to come back the next day!
I wish I would have gotten all their names! It was truly an awesome show of true customer service.

3 times asked for a part. You said will order and call..never happened, asked for smog check..our tech us nit available. Initially charged for full maintenance of over $300, but in actuality, should he been $87. Close at 1800, we were not notified, and went to dealer as vehicle was needed for Tue. Been loyal customers for over 14 years, worst experience we have had. Purchased 2 vehicles from you, but after this, think we will need to go to another dealer.
