The worst service I have ever received. I waited three hours for a simple oil change that's all I asked for and it took longer than it should like what's the point of making an appointment if I have to wait that long it's ridiculous. Carlos was the most annoying person to deal with the fact he takes forever to check in with us and I ask for a status report and didn't get one. He told me to wait three minutes and he'll come with the paper work 30 mins later didn't come back I had to go to the front to get the paper work myself. Apparently my car was done 45 mins before I went to the front. No one called me or came to get me to tell me anything. Like very incompetent and unprofessional having your customers wait another hour after the job was already done.
