The service rep, Gus, was very nice as was the cashier, however, I had an 8:45am appt for an oil change and it took 3 hrs to complete. I know there's not much money to be made from an oil change but I'm a loyal customer, having purchased multiple cars and maintenance from Frontier throughout the years. I feel the wait time was excessive with having an appt so early.
