I love Frontier Toyota and have always had delightful experiences there. Sales, service, receptionist, cashier … they are all very kind people and the work they do is top-notch. I recommend them highly, and always look forward to my interactions with them.

The service was very fast but I was unable to get a ride back(uber) due to my location san fernando. I wish they would of told me that they don't offer Uber rides unless your local but they were able to have me out of there with an hour vs the four that was expected.

My service experience was great. The only comment I would make is that it would be great if the technicians could certify when service is complete instead of the advisor, that would be great. Advisors get busy and it may delay when they notify customers that their vehicles are ready, especially if the customer is waiting at the dealership. However if the system accepted service completion based on technician certification, customers may be able to wait less.
