I Purchased a maintenance program when I purchased the Lexus RX 350 L in July 2018. Previously the service reps were aware that I have a prepaid service contract when I brought the car in for the routine service. This time however, they weren’t aware and presented me with a bill for $270. I had to explain that I have a prepaid contract, and after 10 minutes they sorted it out and confirmed there would be no charges. It then took about 15 minutes for them to locate my car as it had been missed placed and ultimately found in the wrong area.This does not usually happen when I bring the car in for service. I am not sure why there was such confusion as usually all my information is in the computer and it goes smoothly. Tim Rau has usually been my service rep and he is always terrific, but he was not working today. Hopefully he will be in the next time I bring the car in for service. Thank you
