Went in for routine basic 30k service and needed up getting a major 30k service that cost 3x more than what I scheduled an appointment for. Service agent did not explain price of service, was not clear! It was my fault for not reading contract but service rep I believe took advantage!

Service was excellent, but I was originally
told I could get a ride both ways.
However, when I got there I was told
you'd not be able to give me a ride back
(short of people). If that was the case,
I should have been called ahead of
my appt time.
In any case, I ended up waiting for one hour
