I dropped my car off at 10 am for a Zaktek treatment that should have taken 1.5 to 2.0 hours. At 1 pm Ronnie told me my car was done. Problem was it wasn't my car. Lol it said my car was back there being worked on and it would be up soon. Then I saw my car being driven back to be treated. I confronted Ronnie about seeing my car going back and he responded by saying there are a lot of cars that look like mine. I walked back and saw my car wet and being backed under the tent. I then spoke to the service manager, Dave, who said he would put three guys on it. My car came out at 1:30. Funny it only took 20 minutes to complete. I now wonder how effective the Zatek was and if it was even treated or just washed. Why lie to your customers? Just be honest and admit it.
I would like to hear from the South County dealership head manager personally. I drove 2.5 hours round trip and waited 3.5 hours for a 20 to 25 minute service.
