I had a family emergency last Thursday that required me to drive my Lexus 6 hours and I was over due for my 12,000 mile service. I called and was able to get an app an hour later enabling me to leave shortly after for my parents. With my car serviced I was confident driving alone knowing my car was in tip top shape. Each time I come to this location, everyone I’m in contact with is extremely courteous and thoughtful. Hassan made sure to check in every once in a while to give me an update on my car, and made sure I was out when I needed to be. I’m even more impressed by the level of service because I’ve been to this location for only recalls so far, and I’m still taken care of with the same level of care as someone who brought their car in for another service. Daven jumped in for Tim and is making it right and will follow up with me next week. Their was a typo from my previous service stating “I hit a box” that caused some issues for me today because I haven’t hit a box or anything like that. Also, with today’s service inspectors, they made no indication that push pins were missing from my front bumper and had not in previous services. This causes alarm if I am coming in for a bumper issue and they made no note of it. Daven said he is going to talk with someone about that. I have had issues with cars in the past at other car dealerships not making note of what was done, missing, or not done to my car resulting in a wheel falling off. This makes me nervous because I don’t know if those clips and push pins are important or if it is cause for my bumper to fall off.

My service representative was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the problem was unable to be diagnosed without a $400 fee for 2 hrs labor. The problem is a tire sensor light that stays on even with all 4 sensors working and all tires filled. Nonetheless, I paid $1250 for other items detected and left with the original problem unsolved.
