Ronnie reviewed my car report and detailed what needed to get fixed ASAP and what could wait until the next service. I also had a “thumping” noise when I was driving it but they drove it and there was no noise. Ronnie asked me to come back and drive it with a technician which I was happy to do. The noise had disappeared so he said it it happens again to drive it over that day.

The service was good as usual, however I do not feel that it is right that South County Lexus has decided to charge customers for an engine oil booster (Zak) when it was not requested and frankly not required. I suspect somewhere after the Pandemic started this was seen as a profit booster for the dealership.
