My complaint is directed to AAA and the 2 hour wait for a tow truck driver and lack of communication that my original tow driver had been redirected and that my wait would be longer or that another driver was not assigned until 1.5 hours later when I called to inquire. It was completely unacceptable. I made three calls to LEXUS Roadside Assistance and all three 3 involved lengthy wait times while I held the line. When I told my South County Lexus Representative all he said was, “that’s AAA.” Well, it’s Lexus when you are the ones that have hired them to represent your company.
Other than the terrible Roadside Assistance experience, my service at SC Lexus was the best I’ve had yet.
