It’s been over six months since I’ve been at the dealer, and I’m a new customer to this location. When I drove in and got out of my car Evan quickly approached me, greeted me and we started talking about the work my car had done as if it was done the day before. I’m sure he’s had thousands of customers since I was last at the dealer, not to mention all the craziness we’ve all been experiencing with Covid. It was a breath of fresh air to see how engaged Evan is with his customers.

Thank you to entire staff!! I drove to the dealership with NO appointment and kind of panicked I knew the car wasn’t normal and was greeted by friendly greater then DREW came outside of his office and saved the day!!! Hallelujah!!! I was in and out with problem solved in less than 30 minutes with a discount on the Battery!!! What??? I’m a lucky person and today once again I wasn’t in fear I was in faith and drove directly to dealership when I had a feeling the car needed some TLC. Issac Lam has always been nothing but exceptional each and every time I have gone in for service. Your facility is always immaculate. I drive 25 minutes to your dealership for the service and facility. I live 5 minutes away from the Tustin dealership. I’ve been there once for convenience. Service was no where near the same.
