Gabriel was fine I guess. My big complaint about Honda service Dept is a total lack of ability to answer incoming call. I haven’t had any except receptionist that’s been answered. Then she tries to transfer call to service and no one answers. Extremely irritating and frustrating!!! They must improve. If not we’ll find somewhere else to get service
