They try to find out the problem and they open lostoff parts, flooring, front deskdesk board in sort everything inside the car to try to find out the problem.
They could not find any problem. He give us car with everything open inside the car even all the screws and fasners on the car floor. In short everything was mas. He was pushing us to tow the car to the dealer where we bought the car.
As HONDA dealer he suppose to put back all the open parts then let it go the car to other dealer without asking to the customer. Very very poor service.

The girl that helped me was good she was friendly and she tried to get me in and out as quick as possible. I think since I work in Management at a retail store, I have high Expectations when it comes to customer service. I chose your dealership since it was on the way into work. but would I ever go back and buy a car there probably not. I can honestly say that if the staff was friendly and engaged that would’ve made the difference in my decision. The older white gentleman In the service area, I don’t even have words. I’m quite sure mgmt is aware of these issues, I would be suprised if they didn’t.
